Executive Vice President Leaves Sapa

Lennart Evrell, executive vice president of the aluminum profile company Sapa, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, has announced his decision to leave the company as of August 31.

"I regret Lennart's decision," says Ole Enger, president and chief executive officer of Sapa. "During this year, Sapa has undergone major changes. I understand his decision to leave given that the conditions have changed. I want to thank him for his valuable contributions."

On August 6, Sapa parent company Orkla and Pittsburgh-based Alcoa signed and closed the agreement merging Sapa's and Alcoa's aluminum profile operations to form Sapa AB. For more information on the merger, CLICK HERE.
