Roto Frank of America Inc. Appoints Chris Dimou As New President/CEO

Roto Frank of America Inc. has appointed Chris Dimou as its new president and chief executive officer. Dimou joins Roto Frank of America from Roto Frank AG's corporate headquarters in Germany where he served as corporate strategic sales manager. In that position, he was responsible for the strategy development in the markets of North and South America and Southern Europe. Prior to that, he held management positions within international companies in Greece, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland and the United States.

Dimou will assume overall responsibilities for Roto's business in North America as the company continues to make investments in manufacturing processes, new products and partnership programs. He will relocate from Germany and work out of the Chester, Conn., office. Dan Gray, director of sales and marketing, will continue to lead the sales team, which consists of six regional sales managers and several independent sales agents.

"His expertise combined with our long-term commitment and personal presence here in the U.S. will continue to provide the global leadership, resources and local flexibility our North American customers need and have come to expect in this challenging economic environment."
