Bankruptcy Court Approves Republic Purchase to Serious Materials

Kevin Surace, president of California's Serious Materials confirms to USGNN.com that the bankruptcy court has approved the sale of Republic Windows in Chicago to Serious Materials. However, he reiterates that this is just the first step in taking over that Chicago facility, as lease and union negotiations, as well as other issues still have to be conducted.
