Aluminum Adds to Staff
Pacific Aluminum, a regional manufacturer of commercial glazing
systems, has hired five new employees, two in engineering and three
in sales and estimating. Ron Landon has been hired as chief engineer
for the company. He has more than 10 years experience as a designer
for companies such as Technical Glass Products, Herzog Aluminum
and the Boeing Company. Landon will be responsible for curtainwall,
window and door drawings and design.
The other engineer added to the Pacific Aluminum team is Gene Davis,
who comes to the company as an engineer for the research and development
department. He has 32 years in the fenestration industry, specializing
in commercial and residential aluminum window products. Prior to
joining Pacific Aluminum, Davis worked for Herzog Aluminum, Fenpro
Building Products and Walters & Wolf Curtainwall.
William "Willie" Evans joins the Woodinville, Wash.-headquartered
company as a sales manager. He has six years of experience in sales
management and, according to Pacific Aluminum, increased sales at
his former company by 35 percent.
Dennis Pickner has been hired as the company's chief estimator.
He has more than 23 years experience in commercial glazing and spent
13 years as a senior project manager at Eastside Glass before joining
Pacific Aluminum.
Tracey Rogers, formerly a Pacific Aluminum project manager, has
returned to the company as a storefront estimator. Rogers, who more
than 12 years in the glazing industry, has also worked for Courtesy
Glass and Eastside Glass.
