Two
More Oldcastle Facilities to Close
USGNN.com has learned that Oldcastle Glass will be closing
two more of its facilities.
Oldcastle Glass' facility in Schofield will close on January 23,
according to a letter issued by Roy Orr, president of the Central
region. In it, Orr states: "All orders scheduled to deliver
before this date will be shipped from the Schofield location. Subsequent
orders will be shipped from our Wausau facility.
A representative with the Schofield facility would not comment
on the closing.
A representative with the Oldcastle facility in Butler, Wis., did
confirm that that facility too will close, but would not disclose
any further information.
Oldcastle closed its plant in Louisville, Ky., on January 9. CLICK

Representatives from the glass fabricator's headquarters in Santa
Monica, Calif., were unavailable for comment at press time.
