
NFRC Names New Employees and Announces Promotions

The National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) announced that Anita
Marsh and Robin Merrifield are its newest staff members. Marsh is
the new manager, member relations, and Merrifield is the new documents
coordinator.
In her new role, Marsh is responsible for planning, managing, and
operating NFRC's membership program. Prior to this position she
served as the membership manager at the Council on Foundations.
She has been involved with the non-profit sector for many years,
with experience in membership management, consulting, grants management,
energy conservation, urban environmental projects, housing rehabilitation,
and public-private partnerships. In addition, Marsh is a founding
member of both The Black Benefactors and the Black Philanthropic
Alliance, and is a long-time member of the American Society of Association
Executives. She is a graduate of Northeastern University and did
graduate studies toward an MBA at Texas Southern University.
Robin Merrifield brings extensive editorial and document management
skills to her new responsibilities. She will maintain NFRC's technical
and program documents and assist with balloting and meetings. Before
joining NFRC, she served as the director of education for the Foundation
for Chiropractic Education and Research. She is a graduate of Southern
Adventist University.
In addition, NFRC also announced the following promotions:
- Jim Benney to chief executive officer;
- Deborah Callahan to chief operating officer;
- Robin Clayton to controller;
- John Lewis to director, new business programs; and
- Scott Hanlon to program director.
