Marvin Stover Resigns from NFRC Board, Approves $30,000 "Contribution" to CWI

NFRC has confirmed that Marvin Stover, immediate past president of the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC), resigned from the group's board of directors late last year.

According to the NFRC, since new elections were slated to take place within the year, the board decided not to replace him, allowing the membership to select their own board member during the 2006 election process.

Stover was previously with Mikron Industries. This is the third resignation from the NFRC board in the last nine months.
