Glass Industry Professional Now LEED AP

John L. Wheaton, P.E., president of Wheaton & Sprague Engineering, has obtained LEED certification and is now a LEED Accredited Professional.

Wheaton represents the second LEED AP in the firm, and two other firm members are slated to take the exam next month.

"Obtaining the LEED AP has become about providing additional value to our customers, to help them meet the growing need for sustainable green building practices," says Wheaton. "Providing LEED review, as well as thermal analysis will allow our firm to be positioned in the best way possible to help our clients meet the growing need for safety and sustainability for the buildings for which they are a part."
