Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia to Enforce Strict Guidelines on Internet Cafes

Strict guidelines, including a ban from using darkened glass, will soon be enforced on shops offering Internet services and cyber cafes in Malaysia. The guidelines are being enforced in an effort to cut-down on rising crime rates.

"Operators must ensure that their shops can be see-through from the outside," says deputy housing and local government minister Hamzah Zainuddin.
