Keymark Corporation Obtains ISO 9001:2008 Certification

Keymark Corp., an aluminum extrusion manufacturing and finishing firm, has earned ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification after 18 months of "good management practices, policies and procedures," according to information from the company.

Keymark Corp., based in Fonda, N.Y., achieved the certification through BSI, an accredited certification body which performed two stages of audits against international standards for quality.

In order to maintain its ISO status, the company states the "BSI will perform annual surveillance audits to ensure compliance and to assess initiatives for continued improvement."

Keymark Corp. received its certificate on August 31.
