Key Glass Named Top Contractor

Key Glass of Bradenton, Fla., was ranked as the 48th "Top Contractor" in the March issue of the Gulf Coast Business Review's Top 50 Contractors. The annual ranking is based on revenues for construction related companies with home offices located between Tampa, Fla., and Naples, Fla.. Key Glass was the only glass company to be recognized in the annual ranking. In 2010, Key Glass captured the 48th spot with $6 million in revenues.

"2011 was one of the most challenging years for us," says Greg Burkhart, president of Key Glass. "However, despite the difficult economic climate we were able to secure three major projects: Sarasota Memorial Hospital's nine-story bed tower; LECOM Dental School and Manatee Technical Institute."
