JEB Names Dow Corning its Supplier of the 2nd Quarter

JE Berkowitz (JEB) has named Dow Corning of Midland, Mich., its 2009 "Supplier of the 2nd Quarter." Roger L. Thomas, materials manager at JEB presented the award to Tim MacDonald, Dow Corning sales representative, at JEB headquarters.

"We are honored to present the 'Supplier of the Quarter' award to Dow Corning. It is well-deserved," says Thomas. "Dow Corning has been chosen for its outstanding service and exceptional quality," says Thomas. "They have continued to serve JEB with years of quality products, free of defect, with on time and uninterruptable service. Their excellent technical expertise and continued support has aided in the achievement of this award."

To determine the award recipient, JEB performs an audited evaluation process each quarter. Criteria used are product quality, on time delivery, packaging quality, back orders and responsiveness to quality and service problems.
