Intermac America and Emmegi USA Announce Joint Sales Collaboration

Intermac America and Emmegi USA have signed agreements to cross
market each other's products in the glass, stone, wood and aluminum
industries throughout North America. The relationship between the
two companies spans years, as both have common roots in Italy and
the United States through doing business with each other for a number
of years and serving different segments of the same markets.
Emmegi manufactures, sells and services 3 - 6 axis machining centers
and production systems serving the fenestration and commercial glass
markets. Intermac manufactures, sells and services CNC work centers,
cutting tables and glass handling machinery, double edgers, waterjet
machines, tempering ovens and drilling machines for the same markets.
According to George Hallak, Emmegi USA treasurer, both companies'
product ranges complement each others and this was the natural draw
for Emmegi USA and Intermac America to sign the cross marketing
agreements.
"Intermac America is excited to embark on this ideal collaboration
considering both companies offer the highest quality CNC machinery
and related products," says Carey Brayer, vice president of
sales for Intermac America.
Both companies will continue to sell their products through their
established dealer networks, as well as directly support their customers
through already established service and spare parts departments.
