Heitmann Promotes Scarfino, Hires Andrews

Heitmann and Associates Inc. has promoted Brett Scarfino of Chestfield, Mo., to serve as project manager, and has hired Andy Andrews of O'Fallon, Mo., as engineering consultant.

Scarfino joined the company in 2006 and has experience with design detailing, performance specifications, project submittals and field inspection/testing. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Rolla with a master's degree in both ceramic and materials engineering.

Andrews has significant building enclosure field experience, according to the company, and holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He spent five years in the United States Marine Corps.
