Terry Hessom Becomes Equity Partner in HHH Tempering Resources

HHH Tempering Resources in Vancouver, Wash., has hired Terry Hessom as an equity partner.

Hessom has held management positions across the industry including at PDC Glass & Metal, and the former Arch Aluminum & Glass and Vitro America, and brings to HHH the in-depth knowledge of different styles of ovens and overall production techniques. He also will offer assistance with plant flow and efficiency improvements.

"The opportunity to have ownership was too excellent to pass up," Hessom says. "I have wanted to do this for the last several years and I am thrilled that the timing worked out to allow this to happen."
