Ed Goldberg of Utica Glass Passes Away

Ed Goldberg, CEO of Utica Glass and one of the founding members of the Subcontractors Association of Central New York Inc. (SACNY) passed away Thursday, November 22. In addition to his work with Utica Glass and on the SACNY board, Goldberg was also involved with the Empire State Subcontractors Association and is remembered for his commitment to improving the industry and business community. He was recently presented with one of the SACNY "Measure-Up" Awards at the organization's 40th anniversary event.

He is survived by his wife Sherry as well as his children Denise Goldberg, Susan Goldberg, and the late Neal Goldberg.

A service to commemorate Goldberg's life was held today at Shalom Memorial Park in Huntingdon Valley, Pa. Shiva will be observed at the Goldberg home through Wednesday evening.
