ASIA Expands, Debuts GLASTECH INDIA 2006
Breaking out into the Indian market, GLASSTECH ASIA (GA) has announced
the debut edition of GLASSTECH INDIA (GTI) 2006, scheduled for December
13-15, 2006 in New Delhi. Show hours will run from 10 a.m. to 6
p.m. daily and admission is free. The event is co-organized by Conference
& Exhibitions Management Services Pte Ltd (CEMS) and the Singapore
Glass Association.
Differentiating itself from the rest of the Indian glass shows,
GTI 2006 does not solely rely on local Indian organizers to run
the show. Confirmed exhibitors include China Star Light Refractory
(China), Jinan Deca (China), Landglass (China), Ping Xiang Tiger
Industrial Ceramics (China), Qinghuangdao Tucheng (China), VITIS
Company (Vietnam), Orpro L.L.C.Comp (UAE) and Glasstech Inc. (USA).
The GLASSTECH series debut event will continue to offer more than
250 companies and a targeted 8,000 domestic and international trade
professionals in the 8,000 square-meter (total gross area) Pragati
Maidan exhibition hall.
The event is expected to draw visitors from India, Bangladesh,
Bhutan, China, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Middle
East and the rest of the world. Show participants will gain the
opportunity to make new contacts or reinforce ties, particularly
with their Indian counterparts, for an exchange on areas of flat
and hollow glass production and uses; providing a timely omnibus
solution platform to meet the discerning needs of the Indian and
South Asian glass market.
GLASSTECH INDIA 2006 will offer free, daily, technical presentation
seminars on the international glass industry's latest technology
