Plans are Set for GLASSPEX INDIA Taking Place
in New Delhi

Messe Düsseldorf, organizer of the glasstec trade fair, and
its subsidiary Messe Düsseldorf India, will jointly stage the
new trade fair GLASSPEX INDIA taking place December 2 - 4, 2009
in New Delhi at the Pragati Maidan Exhibition Center. The event
is supported by the Indian Glass Industry Association, the All India
Glass Manufacturers' Federation (AIGMF) and the German Engineering
Federation (VDMA). The eighth International Glass Technology Conference
organized by AIGMF will be held concurrently with the show.
More than 100 companies from 16 countries will be exhibiting, including
Bottero, Bystronic, Grenzebach, Hindustan National Glass & Industries
Ltd., Saint Gobain Sefpro and Zippe Industrieanlagen. Every aspect
of the glass industry, from manufacturing to processing, glass products,
applications, machinery, photovoltaic and solar energy, will be
presented at the trade fair.
GLASSPEX INDIA 2009 will also feature the special show "Solar
Energy Generation." Nine companies from Germany, Austria and
the Netherlands will present on the developments and applications
in innovative solar modules, glass and solar energy systems, solar
collectors and photovoltaic cells. The special show is designed
to complement the products and services showcased by the exhibitors.
With this special show, organizers say they will implement the "glass
technology live" concept, which has been a successful special
exhibit at the glasstec trade fair. Organizers say the "Solar
Energy Generation" show will be of particular interest to architects,
building engineers, planners and designers.
