Glass Performance Days Approach

Time is running out to make your plans for Glass Performance Days (GPD), the biannual conference and glass expo sponsored by Glaston Corp. taking place this year June 12-15 in Tampere, Finland.

In 2007, more than 1,000 attendees came from 60 different countries to hear more than 250 cutting-edge presentations. This year can come expecting to hear presentations on all areas of glass processing, including solar glass processing, as well as a new forum dedicated to architects. In addition, 20 pre-event workshops on a variety of topics will be held June 11-12. The deadline for registration for the workshops is May 31.

Attendees can benefit now by beginning their networking through the GPD Contact Forum. By visiting www.gpd.fi, attendees can begin to plan meetings with suppliers, customers, speakers and other specialists. For the first time, attendees will have access to the GPD participant list prior the conference. The service is also available for those planning to attend but not yet registered.
