Glass Fabrication and Glazing Educational Conference Opens Today

The Glass Fabrication and Glazing Educational Conference, sponsored by the Glass Association of North America (GANA), opened today at the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas.

The conference opened with a high-rise construction tour of the city.

This week's conference kicked off with a high-rise construction tour of the city.

Attendees of the contract glazing sessions were invited to ride and walk through Las Vegas to review the current construction boom in the city. One notable example of that boom sits just outside of the host hotel--Vegas locals note that construction on City Center is being done around the clock.

Following the tour, attendees networked with their colleagues during a welcoming reception.

Seminars open tomorrow with a general contract glazing session and a joint insulating, laminating and tempering session. The conference continues through Wednesday.
