Glass Doctor® of Southeast Wisconsin Wins Franchisee of the Year Award

The Glass Doctor of Southeast Wisconsin franchise, owned by David Kozlowski, was named the 2009 Glass Doctor Franchisee of the Year during the company's 2010 Reunion Conference held June 20 - 23 at the Marriott Hill Country Resort in San Antonio.

According to the announcement, the Franchisee of the Year Award is presented to the franchisee who has consistently grown his or her business through the Glass Doctor training system and has achieved a consistently high level of success through quality and professional service.

"This is the highest honor given to a Glass Doctor franchisee. In a relatively short time, David Kozlowski and his team have achieved excellent performance despite economic and personal challenges," said Mark Dawson, president of Glass Doctor. "They are an example to all of us that hope, faith and perseverance can overcome obstacles and realize dreams."

Kozlowski purchased an existing franchise based in New Berlin, Wis., in 2007. The next year, he was named the Glass Doctor Rookie of the Year. He added the Madison, Wis., area to his territory in late 2009, successfully expanding his business despite the slow economy.

"I am really proud to have such a wonderful team behind me that makes this award possible by giving our customers world-class service day in and day out," said Kozlowski in accepting the award.

Fellow Glass Doctor franchise owners recognized Kozlowski's performance by selecting him to be an at-large representative on the Glass Doctor Franchise Leadership Council. Kozlowski also serves as the Glass Doctor representative to The Dwyer Group Inc., steering committee for the company's involvement with the Ronald McDonald House Charities®.
