General Glass International Opens West Coast Warehouse

General Glass International (GGI) of Secaucus, N.J., opened a West Coast specialty glass warehouse in Othello, Wash., to better serve the growing demand for decorative glass in the residential and commercial construction markets.

The company offers a wide selection of designs, patterned and satin etched glass products, including patterns such as Stipolite, aqualite, rain, reeded, glue chip and more than 30 additional patterned and acid-etched products. In addition, the company will stock its fire-rated glass products in the Othello warehouse.

"We have been supplying the market mainly east of the Rockies for nearly a decade," says David Balik, the president of GGI. "We are excited to now make these products available to our West Coast customers with an improved level of service and a broader range of products."

GGI sources the products from all over the world and says its goal is to make it easy for window manufacturers and glazing contractors to satisfy the growing demand from developers and architects for decorative and uniquely designed glass.
