Bieber
Offers Survival Tips During Glass Expo Northeast
The upcoming Glass Expo Northeast (GENE), March 25-26, 2009,
has on tap a number of seminars designed specifically for the architectural
glass industry.
For example, at 9:15 a.m. on the first day of the show industry
consultant Paul Bieber will present a seminar titled: "How
A Glass Company Can Survive In The Tough Economy." Bieber has
30 years in the glass industry, including nine years with C.R. Laurence
Co. Inc., and 21 years as the executive vice president of Floral
Glass in Hauppauge, N.Y. During his presentation, he will explain
how to purchase high-quality glass at better rates and receive it
faster than you've previously found possible. Understanding and
protecting yourself from price changes also will be discussed.
The event, co-sponsored by USGlass and the Long Island Glass
Association, will be held at the Hyatt Regency Long Island Wind
Watch Hotel & Golf Club on Long Island (Hauppauge), N.Y.
