Great Lakes Lifting to Exhibit at Glass Expo Midwest™ 2011
March 21, 2011
Glass Expo Midwest will take place April 7-8 at the Marriott East in Indianapolis. Great Lakes Lifting Solutions based in Country Club Hills, Ill., is just one of the many companies that will exhibit at the show.
Great Lakes Lifting Solutions will showcase pieces from its equipment line during the event. Among the offerings are the company’s URW 295 mini crawler crane with a glass manipulator. The company says the glass manipulator mounts directly to the boom of the mini crawler crane and is operated independently of the crane itself. The attachment allows users to transport and install many types of glass units easily.
This is the 17th year for Glass Expo Midwest, which offers top-notch education, training and networking opportunities including a trade show, seminars and workshops as well as social events. The event is co-sponsored by the Indiana Glass Association, the Illinois Glazing Association, the Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota, and Wisconsin Glass Associations, Detroit Glass Dealers Association and the Association of Glazing Contractors, USGlass, DWM, the Architects' Guide to Glass and Window Film magazines.
