'09 Seminars Cover the Latest Industry Hot Topics
USGlass magazine's Glass Expo Midwest (GEMS), taking
place December 8-10 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention
Center, just outside of Chicago, will offer two full days of informational,
educational and networking opportunities. The event will include
a top-notch seminar and workshop program that will cover a wide
selection of pertinent topics including:

Paul Bieber's presentation December 9, from 8:30-9:45 a.m. Bieber,
a noted consultant and USGlass magazine columnist, previously
sold flat glass to companies like yours for more than 20 years.
In his presentation he will explain how to purchase high-quality
glass at better rates and receive it faster than ever before. He

In addition to this line-up of timely discussion topics, Jerry
Wright from Fort Worth, Texas, will be this year's keynote speaker,
talking about "Why Leadership Matters Today!" The presentation
will take place Wednesday, December 10 from 8:30-10 a.m.
If Wright's name sounds familiar, it should. he has been quoted
in USGlass and has served as a speaker for several glass
industry trade shows. Through his keynote address, Wright will help
his audience identify leadership in their businesses and encourage
others to become leaders. Anything in history worth remembering
can be traced back to a motivated group of people and ultimately
a single leader. Wright will uncover the myths of leadership, describe
managing versus leadership and explain the particular levels of
