GANA
Debuts New Website
The Topeka, Kan.-based
Glass Association of North America (GANA) released the new version
of its website, www.glasswebsite.com, on Monday, March 1, 2004.
The site is the first full re-design since spring 2002.
"The GANA website has grown leaps and bounds since it first
went live in late 1999," said Brian Pitman, director of marketing
and communications and webmaster for GANA. "With the dynamic
growth of our association, we needed to address the increased offerings
to the industry as well as our own members in the past two years
alone."
The
website offers company profiles of GANA Members, detailed technical
information on architectural glass and the industry standards which
regulate it, as well as the ability to apply and pay for membership
in the association.
"Our goal was to make it (the new website) as simple as possible
for our busy members to conduct association business online,"
said GANA account executive Ashley Charest. "We also hope that
the new site allows the general public to easily gain access to
industry information, educational articles and our calendar of events."
The site also features the ability to order the many educational
manuals offered by GANA, a fully-functioning members' only website,
as well as many other options.
