GANA Moves Into New Headquarters
July 29, 2010

The Glass Association of North America (GANA) moved into its new headquarters in early July from an office park in southwest Topeka, Kan., to the 15th floor of an office building in downtown Topeka, overlooking the Kansas State Capitol building. According to the announcement, the move by GANA's management company, Centric Management and Consulting (formerly Association Services Corporation), will save the association money in the long run, while offering more in-house benefits to GANA as well.

"The new office will allow us to expand the types of services we offer to GANA and other clients," said GANA executive vice president Bill Yanek. "We can now host events in-house, we are in the process of building a video studio for podcasts and educational presentations and many more features are being developed."

In addition to the picturesque new views from the office, glazing donated by GANA members is also featured in the new headquarters. Decorative glazing from Goldray Industries and fire-rated glazing from Technical Glass Products gives the entrance to the new office suites a glass-focused modern approach to design. The glazing from Goldray has an organic vertical pattern, giving the space an airy, natural feel. Arch Deco Glass is also donating an 8- x4-foot decorative glazing sign that will be installed prior to a special ribbon cutting in the new headquarters by the Topeka Chamber of Commerce in late August.

"We are incredibly grateful to Goldray, Arch Deco Glass and TGP for their donations," said Yanek. "Other tenants in our office building have taken note of the glazing in our suite."

While GANA's phone and fax numbers remain the same, the association's new mailing address is:

Glass Association of North America
800 SW Jackson St., Suite 1500
Topeka, KS 66612-1200
