For.El. Launches New Website

Italian machinery manufacturer For.El. has announced the launch of a new website at www.forelspa.com. The new site has been completely updated in terms of graphics and content and is designed to provide dynamic content flow and new services to customers.

According to information from the company, the new website combines two information sources-paper and digital content--in a single medium. For example, website visitors can download the brochures in a PDF format and print them on a standard A4 sheet or send them by e-mail.

In addition, product sections are listed according to the different production processes. Each section includes a short description of the selected product and other related details including photos, a 360-degree display, streaming video and more.

In addition, there is an area for customers only where they can access a new after-sales service: For.El. Live Service, an on-board line diagnosis video that can help trouble-shoot situations in real time or identify required spare parts.

Company officials say that through the website they are aiming to create an interactive and informative bond with users.
