FTI Introduces E-Beam Technology

Film Technologies International of St. Petersburg, Fla., has introduced a new metallizing technique for its Endurance™ and Signature Series™ lines. The company says incorporating its new e-beam method allows the films to dry more quickly after an installation than it did previously, especially in colder climates.

"E-beam will help to alleviate the drying problems we've experienced, especially in winter, including the hazy patches and puddles of water that can result from improper squeegeeing," said Danny DeSanto, technical services.
