Edgetech IG Announces European Subsidiary

Based in Cambridge, Ohio, Edgetech I.G. has announced the formation of Edgetech Europe Ltd. based in Neuss, Germany. Torsten Keemss, who has served as general agent for Continental Europe, will serve as managing director.

"We have been active in Europe for one and a half years now and have been very successful," said Keemss. "By establishing the new company, Edgetech emphasizes its declared goal to expand Europe as an important pillar."
