Dina Dwyer to be Featured on 'Undercover Boss'

CBS' reality show, "Undercover Boss," will feature Dina Dwyer-Owens, CEO and chairwoman of The Dwyer Group of Waco, Texas, the parent company of Glass Doctor, at 7 p.m. EST on January 22.

Dwyer-Owens went undercover within The Dwyer Group franchise service brands to find out how The Dwyer Group code of values and the corporate culture are being embraced by service professionals on the front line, according to a company news release.

"This is clearly more than just a job for Dina," says Chris Carlson, executive producer of "Undercover Boss," in the release. "She has deep emotional ties to the business and its employees since The Dwyer Group was founded by her late father, who was also her mentor. This episode ranks among the most powerful and moving episodes of 'Undercover Boss.'"
