
New Director Appointed for Dow Corning Construction
Industry

Jim Hayes has been named commercial director for the Dow Corning
Construction Industry, Americas region, and will be responsible
for advancing several of the company's construction initiatives
focused on developing innovative energy efficiency and green building
solutions. Previously, Hayes led several energy management programs
within the company's Business & Technology Incubator.
"Jim's skills, experience and background in lighting and energy
systems provides us with the technical expertise and knowledge needed
to help keep our industry moving forward," says Ron Fillmore,
vice president, construction industry. "His contributions will
be invaluable in keeping us at the forefront of new innovations
that will continue to shape the future direction of the construction
industry."

The future of green buildings and the energy efficiencies they will
provide have virtually unlimited potential," says Hayes. "Dow

Hayes received a mechanical engineering degree from Michigan Technological
University and a masters in business administration from Central
Michigan University.
