Dotson Steps Down as Glass Doctor Vice President of Operations

Doug Dotson, vice president of operations for the Glass Doctor, has resigned from his role as vice president to work full-time alongside his wife, Karen, running the Glass Doctor-Heart of Texas franchise location in Waco, Texas. The Dotsons purchased the Waco franchise in January 2012.

"I love the Glass Doctor brand and have invested a lot personally into it over the last 11 years," says Dotson, who also authors a blog for USGNN.com™'s sister publication, glassBYTEs.com™. "In the end, Dwyer Group is awesome at providing a person a proven path to owning their own business; my path just took a little longer."

Dotson was named vice president of operations in July.
