DORMA Announces Personnel Changes
DORMA Architectural Hardware has announced two recent staff changes.
David Moyer has been named a product manager within the company's'
product marketing team and will be responsible for concealed door
controls and managing DORMA's door control portfolio. Bruce Eagan
has also been named a product manager as part of the product marketing
team and will be responsible for the commercial lock line, which
includes keying and cylinder products. Moyer has led the DORMA Architectural
Hardware research and development team for more than nine years,
and has been a key contributor to the design and introduction of
the company's line of surface mounted door closers. Moyer worked
as an applications engineer and project manager at a heavy industrial
manufacturing firm before joining DORMA in 1996. He holds a
bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Penn State
Eagan has more than 27 years of experience in the door and architectural
hardware industry, including product design, sales and portfolio
training experience. He holds a number of U.S. patents, and ran
his own business for more than ten years. Eagan has experience in
administration and industrial technology. Before joining DORMA he
was a sales consultant for a leading, multi-brand commercial products
manufacturing firm where his responsibilities
included managing end-user customers, supporting and managing product
line distributors and assisting the local architectural community
and specification writers. He holds an MBA with a concentration
in technology management.
