Crystal Windows Executive To Be Advisor to Federal Reserve

Steve Chen, executive vice president of Crystal Window & Door Systems, has accepted a special invitation to join the Advisory Council on Small Business to the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. This advisory council provides a forum to informally share insights on economic and financial conditions affecting small and mid-size businesses in the region and the nation as a whole. The council's objective is to provide advice to the Federal Reserve Bank president in his activities including monetary policy deliberations.

"I am extremely honored to be asked to serve as an advisor to such an important and prestigious institution as the New York Federal Reserve Bank," says Chen. "I will certainly do my best to convey to the Federal Reserve leadership the key issues and concerns of smaller businesses. I am also pleased that the Fed leaders value the views of businesses such as Crystal, especially in these very challenging economic times."
