Craftsman Thanks All for Their Help During Ike Recovery

Bob Lawrence, president of Craftsman Fabricated Glass in Houston, says while much of the company was without power last week, he is happy to report that the following divisions are back in operation: Craftsman Tempered Glass, Craftsman Laminated Glass, Craftsman Insulated Glass, Glaziers Supply, Brake Shapes, Royal Door, Craftsman Architectural Glass, Glass Wholesalers and Custom Glass Doors.

Lawrence and his son and Phillip, John Linhart and Bob Larson want to thank the rest of the great staff members who managed to show up at work, and then work even harder to coordinate generator sharing and satisfy all other needs since Hurricane Ike hit Houston. They suffered through no electricity both at home and the office (nothing but cell phones), a shortage of gas for vehicles and generators, and with kids in tow at home and at the office. We say bravo! It was a tough week.

The company also wishes to express the most sincere gratitude for the prayers and good wishes and offers of assistance that came from its great vendors and friends from all over the nation-even some from around the world.
