Cardinal Glass Industries Announces Organizational Changes

Roger O'Shaughnessy, president and chief executive officer of Cardinal Glass Industries in Eden Prairie, Minn., has announced a number of organizational changes. According to O'Shaughnessy, the changes are designed to strengthen the company well into the future.

Under the organization's new structure, each of Cardinal's six subsidiaries will be operated as individual companies, and each president will operate in separate facilities in order to effectively delegate plant management. New plant managers have also been named at each facility.

The new subsidiary presidents are:

Eric Rapp, Cardinal IG Company;
Bob Bond, Cardinal CG Company;
Steve Nelson, Cardinal Pacific;
Renato Lizardo, Cardinal LG Company; and
Pat Watson, Cardinal FG and FG Minerals.

All changes are effective immediately.
