
Crawford Tracey Gets South Georgia Medical
Center Glazing Contract

Crawford Tracey Corp. of Jacksonville, Fla., recently received
the exterior glazing package contract for the South Georgia Medical
Center in Valdosta, Ga., according to a February 22 company news
release.
The company will supply and install approximately 17,000 square
feet of its Pro-Tech 4SG NI, non-impact system with insulating glass.
The Pro-Tech series offers a water resistance rating of 100psf,
according to the release.
Robins & Morton is the general contractor; the patient tower was
designed by Gresham, Smith & Partners. The five-story, 130,000-square-foot
facility will cost approximately $67 million and offer 96 private
patient rooms. Construction will begin by the end of the first quarter
of 2012, with glazing installation beginning in the second quarter
