it is generally known as a 'Blumcraft' within our industry. The
company's tempered glass doors, panic hardware, handrails, and display
doors are well known and respected by architects, contractors, and
Talbert continues, "In addition, we anticipate a smooth transition
of the production facilities to our main manufacturing location
in Los Angeles. We hope to make arrangements with many of the key
Blumcraft personnel to stay on with us post-acquisition to ensure
our customers are well served during this transition period.
"This past year, we have expanded our product lines and capabilities
with the acquisitions of Tajima, Jackson Manufacturing, and KCS.
The acquisition of Blumcraft will benefit our customers and provide
them with even more choices of high-quality architectural hardware
products. We value the experience, reputation, and technical expertise
of the Blumcraft employees and welcome them to the CRL team."
