CRL Announces Online Webinars and Videos
October 13, 2009
Los
Angeles-based C.R. Laurence Co. Inc. (CRL) announced it is tapping
the power of the web to simplify and expedite training for its worldwide
base of customers.
Our webinars are live events that allow participants to take
part in training - just as if they were sitting in the audience
at our Corporate Training Center in Los Angeles, says Paul
Daniels, vice president of sales. To take part, all you need
is to be logged into the web, and to call in on our conference line.
Participants can listen to, or interact live with, the entire audience.
We have regularly scheduled webinars in such subjects as frameless
shower doors, UV glass bonding and our online programs showers
online, all glass storefronts online and handrails online. Participants
can learn from our best technical experts and interact with them
online in real time.
Daniels adds, Access to our webinar schedule and video library
is available from our home page at crlaurence.com. We even feature
a webinar there on how to log on and participate in a webinar. The
goal is to help our customers, wherever they are located. After
participating in a webinar, a customer has access to a recorded
video of the session and can review it as many times as he wants--a
way to take advantage of our technology in order to train his own
employees in using our products.
In addition to webinars, CRL has an extensive library of short
videos addressing a large variety of topics. Demonstrations cover
such subjects as panic handles, aluminum railing systems and the
CRL Hydroslide frameless sliding shower door kit.
