Bystronic-glass Inc. Appoints New Operations Manager

Bystronic-glass Inc. has announced the promotion of Mr. Francesco Pedrazzini to the position of operations manager.

Pedrazzini began his career more than 18 years ago as a Bystronic customer service field representative in Switzerland. He has extensive experience in electronic repair, technical support, customer service, training, hotline support, and installation and has worked for Bystronic in both Europe and the US. Pedrazzini has an Associate's Degree in Computer Networking and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering.
