of Census Releases June Import-Export Values
The United States Bureau of the Census has released its June import
and export statistics.
For another month, Canada remains the top country from which the
United States has imported float glass, with a value of $4,157,
210 in June, up from $3,852,928 in May. Imports from Finland showed
the largest growth since last month, doubling to $62,160. New this
year to the list of "top imports" is Luxembourg, with
a value of $9,000.
Canada also remains the top country to which the United States
exports glass, with the value rising 7.2 percent from May to $23,460,315.
Next in line is China, which remains in the $3-4 million range.
