New Ownership Announced for Billco Manufacturing

Billco Manufacturing based in Zelinople, Pa., has recently announced new ownership. In September 2008, Bill Billinger, Billco's owner of 28 years, retired and sold the company to three of internal managers, Phil Plant, Aron Martino and Dave Simko.

Billinger worked for Billco for more than 36 years and maintained ownership for more than 28 years after his father, Bill Billinger Sr., retired. Accoridng to information from the company, "Billinger's contribution and hard work to leverage Billco will be appreciated and maintained as Billco continues to grow under new leadership."

Earlier this year, Billco was collectively bought by Plant, Martino and Simko. Plant, who has served as vice president of sales, will now take on the role of president. Martino will maintain his position as vice president of engineering, and Simko will preserve his position as vice president of operations. The three new owners say they will work to uphold and improve upon the founding principles that Billco was built upon more than 60 years ago.
