What Makes a Company One of the Best?

The August 2006 issue of USGlass magazine will feature some of the industry's best companies to work for. We're asking for your help in setting the criteria by which the best will be selected. Send an email to Ellen Giard at egiard@glass.com explaining what characteristics, qualities and benefits make a company one of the best to work for. Please note: we are not asking for you to provide specific details about your company; in general terms, just tell us what qualities in an employer are important. Your name or company name will not be released.
