Continues Growth Within Guardian Certification Programs
At its National Sales meeting last weekend in South Florida, Arch
Aluminum & Glass confirmed plans to expand its value-added product
and service offerings for the commercial market by selecting Guardian's
Sun-Guard® Commercial Glass products as the cornerstone of its growth
initiative.
"We selected Guardian because they have the most comprehensive
product offering in the industry," said Arch Aluminum & Glass vice
president of sales Steve Perilstein. "We currently have eight facilities
that run Guardian's SN-68 commercial Low-E product, with plans to
bring all of our locations on board in the near future. We feel
this product is the best in its class and with the other nine high-performance
coated products in the Sun-Guard series, our customers will have
the ability to optimize energy savings, daylighting and aesthetics
like never before."
Guardian representatives attended Arch's sales meeting and had
a lively presentation on their Architectural glass offerings and
their ShowerGuard™ product.
ShowerGuard, the first and only temperable, permanently protected
shower glass, is designed for residential and commercial use in
shower and bath enclosures, ShowerGuard glass is easier to clean
than standard glass and maintains its original, like-new appearance.
"All of our branches want in on ShowerGuard," added Perilstein.
"It's a groundbreaking product and we are thrilled that we'll have
the opportunity to produce it."
Arch's sales meeting, with 150 people in attendance, also covered
the future expansion of their Extrusion operation, information on
new equipment additions, and updates on future locations and acquisitions.
