ASI Ltd. Moves to New Headquarters

Glazing contractor ASI Ltd. has chosen Central Indiana's new industrial campus, AllPoints at Anson, just north of Indianapolis, for its new corporate headquarters.

"We have designed a new 180,000-square-foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with cutting-edge machinery and techniques to ensure our product is cost effective and can meet all design challenges in the future," says Ken Smith, president of ASI.

The company has grown from its original lease of 3,600 square feet to the 180,000 square feet it will soon occupy. Another 100,000 square feet of speculative space is available for future growth.

The company is set to move its fabrication center at the end of February, followed by the office move around the middle of March. The new fabrication facility will be equipped with CNC machines, specialized machining centers, automatic saws, semi-automatic Erdman sealant applicators, three semi-automatic unitized assembly lines, one semi-automated unitized stone assembly line and in-house testing facilities.

Smith adds, "Our innovative approach enables us to be versatile to meet any design challenge and develop proficiency on each unique project we pursue. Our capacity is set for continued growth in the unitized curtainwall market. We are poised to meet any challenge."
