American Machinist CORRECTION:

The February 21 edition of usgnn.com included a link to an article in American Machinist magazine about the recent Allmetal/ROW court case. The American Machinist magazine has issued a correction to that article which is included below.

Correction
The court case cited in the Law & Liability column published on AmericanMachinist.com (R.O.W. Window Co. v. Allmetal Inc.) concerned warranty issues involving window systems that had an abnormally high failure rate. The systems contained components supplied by the defendant, Allmetal Inc. The report published by American Machinist incorrectly implied that these components had been found to have caused the window systems to fail. American Machinist regrets the error.
