AGC to Build New Fabrication Facility in Atlanta

Alpharetta, Ga.-based AGC Glass Company North America has announced that it plans to build a new fabrication facility in Atlanta for both commercial and residential glass. Operations at the plant are scheduled to begin in mid-2013.

"We strongly believe in the North American market - including introducing higher value-added products and continuing to provide a high level of customer service," says AGC Glass Company North America president and CEO Mark Ishiko. "Based on our analysis of the market, we believe in the North American recovery.
